Maconomy today launched its newest ERP solution for Professional Services Organisations (PSO). The product name is X1, and it will make it easier to register and control project-related work and billing. X1 has been developed, improved and adjusted for PSOs based on a large number of requests from all of Maconomy's customers. Maconomy has given the users a central role in the innovation process in order to support and strengthen its product development in a new way.
"We are serious when we say that our customers' needs are the focal point of our solutions. That's why we have involved our PSO customer base in the development of X1 and developed a common innovative environment from which we have complied with their wishes for even better control of costs and projects. 75 percent of the improvements we have made to X1 are a direct result of workshops, evaluations, collaboration and dialogue with our customers," says CEO Hugo Dorph, Maconomy.
